25 Days of Christmas Tags '13 - Day 18 and a Treat

Welcome back to Day 18 of 25 Days of Christmas Tags!

Today I have a treat for you not one but two guests.  Christina Maclaren of SeaGlass Papercraft and  Jeanne Jachna of A Kept Life. Both of these talented ladies have blogs just full of inspiration.

Christina was actually my first papercrafting crush! Her designs are always clean and beautifully executed. Christina and I are both on The 12 Kits of Occasions and the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge together.  She is such a sweetheart too. Visit her blog and leave her some love for this fabulous tag and if you haven't been there before have a look around too.

Jeanne Jachna is amazingly talented. She always has the most beautiful bows on her cards and lots of fabulous die cut layers.  Now I don't think there is a die cut out there that Jeanne doesn't have. She is another sweetie, I got to know Jeanne when we were both on the The 12 Kits of Occasions together and now we just chat for fun. Here is her gorgeous tag for today and when you visit her site to leave her some love have a good look around.

Now these are two tough acts to follow. Today's tag uses the 'new to me' Lawn Fawn Winter Owl stamp set.  I am pretty sure that I may be the last one to get this set, but once the matching die came out I had to have them.

Tip: when creating a tag with patterned paper I always die cut a back out of cardstock.  It gives the tag more strength.

Okay, now I'm the only person who doesn't have Winter Owl! LOL! He is so adorable, and I especially love how you pieced his scarf and stamped the sentiment directly on patterned paper. I am loving all of the tag inspiration you're sharing this month. Thanks so much for inviting me to play along today!
